Warranty

Forte Distribution provides warranty service for the following brands:

• EverSolo
• Zidoo
• Luxsin Audio
• Shanling
• ONIX

Warranty Coverage

• The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Products will be repaired or replaced with a comparable product, at Forte Distribution’s discretion.

Warranty Shipping Responsibility

Shipping responsibility is determined by the product age from the date of purchase:

Under 2 Months

• Forte Distribution covers shipping both ways within the continental United States only.
• Shipping outside the continental U.S. is the dealer’s responsibility.

Over 2 Months and Up to 6 Months

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Forte Distribution.
• Forte Distribution covers return shipping within the continental United States only.
• Shipping outside the continental U.S. is the dealer’s responsibility.

Over 6 Months and Up to 1 Year

• The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Over 1 Year

• Customers may send products to Forte Distribution for a repair and shipping estimate.

Shipping

Shipments may include mixed brands and products.

All drop-shipments incur a $30 surcharge.

Shipping charges apply to all orders under $2,500.
