Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Opened vinyl records or CDs, except if they are defective or not functioning as intended.
  • Downloadable audio or software content.
  • Audio equipment accessories that have been used or show signs of wear.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@forte-distribution.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
