How It Works

  1. Fill Out the Service Form
    Before sending your product, please complete the Service & Repair Form below. This helps us assess the issue quickly and provide you with an accurate repair estimate.
  2. Pack & Ship Your Product
    After sending out the form, carefully pack your product to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging when possible.
    OPTIONAL: If possible, please include a copy of your completed service form in the package, although it’s not required.
  3. Diagnosis & Repair
    Our technicians will inspect your device and diagnose the issue. If additional repairs or parts are required beyond the initial estimate, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  4. Return & Enjoy
    Once your product is repaired and tested, we’ll securely ship it back to you so you can get back to enjoying high-quality sound.

Important Notes

  • Do not send any products without first completing the Service & Repair Form. This ensures we can track your request and streamline the process.
  • Warranty repairs require proof of purchase. If applicable, please attach a copy when submitting the form.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center unless otherwise stated.
  • For out-of-warranty repairs, an estimate will be provided before any work is completed.
